2. Description of Services
Protomota provides AI-assisted web and productivity tools, including the AI Resource Pro knowledge hub, Jotley voice notes and transcription workflows, and Inkspring content creation and scheduling tools. Services may evolve over time, and certain features may be available on a limited basis.
3. User Accounts and Registration
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your login credentials. You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the services.
4. Social Media Integration
- You grant Protomota permission to connect to and publish posts to your X/Twitter account when authorized.
- You are responsible for the content posted to social media via the platform.
- You must comply with Twitter/X terms of service and community rules at all times.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the services for spam, phishing, abuse, or deceptive practices.
- Post illegal, hateful, defamationary, or impersonating content.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, automate abuse, or probe our infrastructure.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service.
6. Intellectual Property
Protomota retains ownership of the platform, branding, software, and service infrastructure. You retain ownership of your own account content, posts, prompts, and generated materials. By submitting content, you grant Protomota a limited license to process it only to provide the requested service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that content generated by AI models is suitable for any specific use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Protomota will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or content losses. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the fees paid (if any) by you in the twelve months before a claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Protomota and its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or content you submit and publish.
10. Termination
- You may cancel or delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, abuse, or legal reasons.
- Upon termination, access to service and data handling follows the Privacy Policy and retention terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America. Any disputes will be handled in the courts with jurisdiction in Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance when feasible via email, and by posting the revised Terms on this page.
