We collect information you provide directly and information generated when you use our services. Typical data includes:
- Contact form submissions (name, email address, and any message content).
- Emails and profile details submitted for newsletter, account, or waitlist registration.
- Usage data such as IP-based metadata, device/browser details, page activity, and feature usage patterns.
- Social media OAuth tokens and account IDs when you connect an X/Twitter account.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Deliver and improve our AI-powered products and web services.
- Authenticate users and maintain account security.
- Send transactional emails about sign-ins, account activity, service updates, and legal notices.
- Publish posts on your behalf on X/Twitter when you have enabled that service and authorized the integration.

3. Social Media Integration
If you connect your Twitter/X account, we may store OAuth credentials needed to post on your behalf. This access is used only for account authentication and publishing actions you initiate within Protomota. You can revoke access anytime from your Twitter/X account settings and via any connected account permissions page in Protomota.
4. Email Communications
We send two types of email communication:
- Essential transactional messages such as sign-up confirmation, password reset, feature updates, and service notices.
- Marketing updates/newsletters only if you explicitly opt in.
Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe mechanism.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers needed to operate the platform (for example, hosting, analytics, or email delivery). Those providers are contractually required to use the information only for service delivery and security.
6. Data Retention
Personal data is kept only as long as necessary to operate your account and for legal, tax, or security needs. You can request data deletion, and we will honor account deletion requests within our operational limits. At a minimum, we delete personal data within 30 days of a verified deletion request.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at: privacy@protomota.com. We may request identity or account verification before fulfilling requests.
8. Cookies
Protomota uses only essential functionality and basic analytics cookies necessary for website operations and measuring product quality. We do not use advertising tracking cookies or sell behavioral data through cookie-based profiling.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly solicit data from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us immediately at privacy@protomota.com.
